Seems like AdBlock has some flash ad-blocking issues with chrome v32. We are looking into this issue and keep you up-to-date.

What does this mean?

  • Youtube ads are possibly not blocked anymore
  • Video Flash Ads on other websites are possibly not blocked anymore

Update January 2014: This seems to be fixed in Chrome 34 (Dev/Canary at time of writing). As Chrome updates every 6 weeks, the fix should arrive soon.

Update February 2014: Google have just release Chrome 33, can you update Chrome at about:chrome (Linux users use your package / update manager) and let us know if the issue still exists at this discussion

Update March 2014: Looks like Chrome 33 doesn't contain the fix - we will wait until Chrome 34 and check this again. I (crazyskeggy of the support staff) have been using Chrome 34 and 35 Dev and it seems to be working.

Update April 2014: Chrome 34 has been released, and should have the fix. If it still doesn't work for you after updating (go to about:chrome to check your version and to update), make a new "problems" discussion and let us know.
