AD Blocker

I am presently I have had a major surgery. I do not have a job but need use of the computer. Tried ad blocker and I still get ad pop ups. on my screen. the free addition dose not work for this pop up

you only have this as a form of contacting you. It state we are here to help. click your name and nothing. can not contact you via your creation that needs to be looked at.
Here is the link that pops up that I can not get rid of.

    Can you please:

    1. Click the AdBlock button and select Options, then click SUPPORT. Next to "Have our team requested some debug info?" click here and paste the text from the box into this discussion.
    2. Attach a screenshot that shows what you're seeing.
