I have not asked for this program to be put onto my computer, so why is it there, I cannot get into certain sites that I have never had any problems with before. I do not want this on my computer and I will not pay for anything at all. so how can I get rid of this program that I did not ask for.

Is there anybody out there, or am I just simply being ignored because I do not want this on my computer?

    Hi David,

Our apologies for the delay in responding. Are you seeing the AdBlock button (a white hand inside a stop sign) in your browser's extension bar? If you didn't install AdBlock, is it possible that someone else installed it for you without your knowledge? Because that's really the only way AdBlock could get on your computer. We can't (and wouldn't, if we could) install it without the action of someone with direct access to your computer.

Please follow these instructions to uninstall AdBlock.
