Adblock doesn't block all ads. Some ads that get through are particularly funny. Image attached, note the "promoted" video.

The maintainers of the filter lists (particularly EasyList) do their best to minimize false positives (blocking desirable content) and false negatives (failing to block ads, trackers, malware links, or whatever else the lists were meant to block); it could be that the maintainers of EasyList haven't gotten around to noticing and trying to block that in-video promotion, or that they're trying and haven't figured out how, or (in the similar case of Hulu ads), they can't block the ads without false positives.
If this still isn't blocked by now, try contacting the maintainers of EasyList.
