I sent you a very small donation this week...Sorry it was not much but will send more when I can..It seems that your AD Block works much better then what I have a lot of money into which is the AVG..wHEN i DI NOT HAVE YOUR REMOVER MY avg DI NOT PICK UP A PRETTY BAD Malware that I was sucked right into believing because they were using my nae of the Telephone company I go through for internet access and my land line phone...You got to believe that right!!!! $270.00 later with a fake quick fix and me in tears because I am the tech at my place,I did not stop after I realized what had happened to me,I was angry for being stupid..iI took pictures of my screen with my camera and within 2 days of talking to phone company,AVG which neither helped me I got the money credited back to my account..When I had gotten a picture of the telephone number on the screen I called it and was not a nice lady..In fact just today when I had your ad block paused the same threat came up on my computer.I wished I never paused your helper,so I went into my setting and took off the one exception I had on there...No AVG did not pick up on the threat I got today..THANK YO THANK YO THANK YOU!!SINCERELY CATHY WINTERS IN WASHINGTON STATE :)

   Sorry to hear about your experience with AVG, but we're glad that AdBlock is working out for you! Thank you for the contribution!

   Though as a quick note to avoid confusion, while AdBlock does help against malware by blocking ads (malware can be transmitted through ads) and certain known malware sites (if the relevant filter list is checked in AdBlock's options), it doesn't replace an antivirus or antimalware program, so please make sure that you're using one alongside AdBlock.
