    the only extensions running are
    Extended Protection
    avast! Online Security
    Hola Better Internet
    Pixlr Touch Up
Windows Media Player Extension for HTML5

So i dont think it has anything to do with that.
Is there any other things i should look for?

Try remove them all, then try scan whole PC with and then tell us the result, if it was successful or not.

Maybe you have installed program, that serves ads for your browser.
Could you check your computer again?

If this won't help, I recommend you to go to the repair service and they can look at this issue.

this is happening to me too. When I clicked in the name field of this page to submit a comment. an ad popped up for H&R block.

annoying at most, but i didn't think this would/could happen with Adblock. wtf..

In actual fact, our support website does not have any ads on it. If you are
seeing ads on every website, then it is likely a problem with viruses on
    your computer.

I would recommend scanning your computer for viruses and checking your
browser's extensions page (about:extensions in Chrome and Opera, Safari >
    Preferences > Extensions in Safari)
