Hi I am not sure whether ad block is causing this but when people send me a file I am not always getting it on my email. I tried disengaging ad block for the email site and asked not to block but when I go back into my email site it is still in right hand corner does that mean that it is still working.
Regards Jenny Archer

I have now managed to take ad blocker off email thanks, don't know whether this will make a difference.

AdBlock will likely not block access to attachments or links. At any rate,
let us know if it worked, and if you want to de-whitelist the website, you
can click the AdBlock button -> Enable AdBlock on this page.

Hi,Thanks for reply. I don't think it was ad blocker I have since learned it is more likely to be hotmail apparently if they don't want you to have attachment they block it. So I am going to change email addressRegard Jenny
