still opening solicitation new tab upon opening browser
I have not checked my email yet this morning, but then again why
check for a response if the problem is still occurring. So I'm just
touching base with support to make you aware that the self
programmed solicitation for donations you have embedded in my pc to
make my browser open a new tab window for your personal "Ad" is
really defeating the soul purpose for having your AdBlock software
downloaded as one of my chrome extensions. I apologize if I. am
coming across rude, short, blunt or impatient. I do understand that
glitches can be time consuming and have empathy for whoever was
assigned my ticket. But please try to understand my point of view.
I donated money I didn't have to spare to you to show my gratitude
for all your hard work. It wasn't much but it was the best I could
do. Maybe you were just insulted with my small donation. Well
that's what goes through my mind every time I log on and my set
home page is been redirected by you to open a new tab with your
donation page being the first thing I see. You have rewritten my
preset options and permanently altered my pc's configuration. I
notice my discussions are taken off and removed from the discussion
forum and directed to a private status. Will you be so kind and
send me a quick update. I am not pleased about the reconfiguration
you have made to my pc. I'm no guru geek with vast knowledge about
hacking someones pc. Maybe you could assist me by undoing what you
have done to my pc and the issue will be resolved. Thank you for
your help in advance and thank you for the endless hours you've
spent making AdBlock a program that is of the highest quality on
the market. I have never had any issues with it prior to this.

My SINCEREST apologies crazyskeggy. Seriously, I apologized in advance for
not being computer savvy. People with the remarkable intelligence and
knowledge to troubleshoot the glitches in a program I would always treat
with respect. In return maybe you should ponder the thought that your
clients are obviously computer handicapped and may not understand forums or
programming to the extent you obviously do.. I understand your frustration
with my stupidity and lack of knowledge about what are the acceptable ways
to communicate with you please do not humiliate me anymore for my lack of
knowledge. I promise I AM teachable and I AM doing my best to make my way
from point A to B.. I am lacking the gift you were blessed with. However,
if you are going to belittle my efforts with your quick dose of arrogant
sarcasm. I have decades of professional and personal expertise in that
field and would be happy to enroll you in my free sarcasm 101 course.
judy :)

I apologise if my previous comment came across as sarcastic. I only wrote
that so that you knew why I was closing the discussion, and so that others
on our team know why it was closed. The second part was meant more as a
friendly gesture, saying that it's rather ironic that you hadn't checked
your emails when I had responded previously.
I hope that this bug doesn't come back for you and you can continue living
your life happily, and with less ads!
