Please update to Chrome 23 or later by going to Spanner menu > About Chrome. You appear to be using Chrome 18, which came out in March 2012. Chrome updates every 6 weeks, so make sure that you have auto updates enabled by going to about:plugins and enabling the Google Update plugin.
