English only!

Please answer the following questions so that we can process your bug report, otherwise, we may have to ignore it.
Also, please put your name, or a screen name, and your email above so that we can contact you if needed.
If you don't want your report to be made public, check that box, too.

Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?

  1. Turn on adblock
  2. go to www.lettuceapps.com
  3. The site won't load fully
  4. turn adblock off and the site appears.

What should happen when you do the above steps
Ideally when adblock is on and you go to the site, the site appears and the ads are gone

What actually happened?
When adblock is turned on, the site doesn't load, as if adblock sees the site as an ad. It all worked fine until halfway through the day (on wednesday of last week, I think).

Do you have any other comments? If you can, can you please attach a screenshot of the bug?

--- The questions below are optional but VERY helpful. ---

If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filter list must you check to cause the problem again after another restart?

Technical Chrome users: Go to chrome://extensions -> Developer Mode -> Inspect views: background page -> Console. Paste the contents here:

Does disabling EasyList at AdBlock button -> Options -> FILTER LISTS fix
the problem? (The ads will come back - ignore that)

Unfortunately that doesn't help. One strange thing, is that it is only
happening on my mac. Adblock isn't blocking the site when I use the PC in
our shipping room. Do you think that could be part of the problem?

Can you do this on the windows PC:

    1. Go to AdBlock button -> Options -> SUPPORT -> "Have our team requested some debug info? and paste it into this discussion.
    2. Go to the FILTER LISTS tab. Does clicking "update now" fix the problem?
    3. Uncheck all filter lists on the same page and reload the page with the problem. Does the problem disappear?
      • If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filter list must you check to cause the problem again after another reload? (make sure to wait for it to fetch the filter first)

    Kieran,
Just so we are clear - the PC is working fine. It is the mac with the
    problem.

    Hi Mary,

If you click the AdBlock button > Options > Customize > Edit, copy the contents of the textbox into your favorite text editor (to have a backup), then delete the contents of the textbox, click Save, and reload the website that is blocked, does it change anything?
