AdBlock interferes with Flash Player

So today I got a notification that my Chroma had been updated. (Must disable automatic updates)
Since then, I cannot interact with the Flash player on Youtube (I have not checked any other site with Flash)
I tried disabling my extensions, and found that it works again if I disable AdBlock.
I did not find anything related to this specific issue anywhere.
A while ago I added some special filters to AdBlock for some ads that showed up on deviantart.com. Might that be it?

    Hey guys,

I cannot reproduce this under Windows 8.1 RTM with latest AdBlock and Chrome Stable. Could you post here a link, where YouTube video is broken or something doesn't work well?

    Thanks,
    Tomáš

    Hello Alex,

I did some tests here and I wasn't able to reproduce this issue. I'm not getting any black window in Safari 6.0.5 & Mac OS X Mountain Lion. If this issue is still present, please try to reinstall AdBlock and take a look at your other extensions.

    Kind Regards,
    Jérémy Keusters
