i use Adblock for Safari. Safari is Version 7.0. Adblock is 2.6.4.

For i while now i saw ads at Facebook and on other pages. So i went to the ADP settings. I figured out that the filterlists were not updating automatically. So i updated them manual which worked perfectly as it should. But then i have to do that each day.

I have reinstalled adblock plus but i have still the same issue.

Hopefully somebody can help me with that.

Tanks in advance,

This is AdBlock, an unrelated project to AdBlock Plus (ABP). For more info see this link

Please also note that ABP is not available for Safari, so I assume you actually do mean AdBlock.

In Safari 6.1 and 7, Safari sometimes pre-loads pages before the user sees them. The way in which this is done does not give AdBlock the opportunity to block ads on those pages. Apple did not intend to cause problems for AdBlock and is working with us to fix the issue. Once the Safari team has fixed their part of the issue, we will be able to update our code to work with preloaded pages.

If this happens on more than the first page that loads (i.e. your home page), then let us know by filing an ad report. The following Knowledge Base article tells you how to do that.

    Report an Ad to us!

Thank you that makes sense with the preloaded pages.

I will monitor if it happens just at certain pages or everywhere.
