are all defaulted and the filter list is empty, no adblock item in

Close all chrome windows and open just an incognito window, adblock
is broken.</p></div>Paultag:old-support.getadblock.com,2013-08-06:Comment/298835452013-11-15T00:19:08Z2013-11-15T00:19:09ZAdBlock doesn't work in Incognito mode (Chrome) even though it is enabled<div><p>I can confirm. adblock is not working in incognito. It was

all set to default or don't change when clicked.</p></div>Rogertag:old-support.getadblock.com,2013-08-06:Comment/298835452013-11-15T17:33:11Z2013-11-15T17:33:12ZAdBlock doesn't work in Incognito mode (Chrome) even though it is enabled<div><p>I encountered similar problems yesterday where Adblock lost its
preferences or failed to load. It appears that Adblock isn't
loading properly if no non-incognito windows have been opened in
the current session, which often occurs if the browser is launched
in incognito mode.</p>
<p>To work around this issue, you'll need to start at least one
non-incognito tab during each browser launch to allow Adblock to
load. You might also need to save your preferences again.</p>
<p>I've posted the workaround to this discussion:<br>
<a href=

http://adblock.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/638-workaround-fo...</a></p></div>Haseotag:old-support.getadblock.com,2013-08-06:Comment/298835452013-11-15T20:01:49Z2013-11-15T20:01:50ZAdBlock doesn't work in Incognito mode (Chrome) even though it is enabled<div><p>This is not working in Chrome <strong>31.0.1650.57 m</strong>
either, unless you use Haseo's workaround. So, to summarize:</p>
<p>-If you open a Chrome window in normal mode (non-incognito),
then AdBlock 2.6.14 works normally. It will block ads and count
them as they're blocked while you browse this way.</p>
<p>-If you open an Chrome window Incognito, then AdBlock 2.6.14
does not work normally. It will not block ads, so no counting
occurs and the banners appear unaffected/display normally.</p>
<p>The problem appears to be with Chrome's Incognito mode; perhaps
there's a conflict or incompatibility with AdBlock.</p></div>tag:old-support.getadblock.com,2013-08-06:Comment/298835452013-11-17T17:57:52Z2013-11-17T17:57:52ZAdBlock doesn't work in Incognito mode (Chrome) even though it is enabled<div><p>Also, has anyone figured out if this is an Adblock issue, or an

running. Ad Block worked
fine in this mode until two days ago. I upgrade my version of
chrome today, and it makes no difference. Is this a problem with
Chrome's settings or Ad Block?</p>
<p>My homepage has been set to a newspaper website that tracks how
many stories you can read per month. It can't track them in
incognito, which is why I prefer to set this as my default browser
instead of opening it separately or constantly erasing my history.
Opening up a website and then manually go to this page isn't a big
deal, but it is a little annoying. I might get more work done
though...</p></div>Joetag:old-support.getadblock.com,2013-08-06:Comment/298835452013-11-22T05:36:28Z2013-11-22T05:36:28ZAdBlock doesn't work in Incognito mode (Chrome) even though it is enabled<div><p>appears to be that Chrome is not recognizing the "Allow in

If you open in incognito mode and go to extensions - un-check the
allow box and then re-check the allow box it will turn Ad Block
back on. A royal pain in the ass until Chrome fixes the
problem.</p></div>B.B.tag:old-support.getadblock.com,2013-08-06:Comment/298835452013-11-22T08:16:45Z2013-11-22T08:16:45ZAdBlock doesn't work in Incognito mode (Chrome) even though it is enabled<div><p>You can report this to Google by going to <a href=
