AdBlock did not block pop-up windows

I still get pop up windows.. attached is one of the sites that keeps popping up, along with websites such is stream videos, games, etc.

HELP.

    Hi Nina,

    The ads you're seeing are caused by malware on your computer.

    We recommend following the instructions on The Safe Mac's Adware Removal Guide, running an antivirus/antimalware scan, and removing any browser extensions you don't remember installing.
