doesn't Install

Hello.
I have this nasty thing that doesn't allow me to browse normally, called Savelots ads I don't know what that is
I tried installing Adblock and there's an error, so I can't install it, it says 'Network failed;
I checked my PC and my antivirus deleted a Trojan but this thing didn't go away
is there another way I can Install Adblock for Chrome?
this problem is reoccuring in Mozilla or any browser I use.

    Hi Helen,

    AdBlock will not be able to block these ads as they are caused by malware on your computer. We recommend installing a malware removal tool. More info about your malware can be found here.

    The "NETWORK_FAILED" issue that you are getting is likely also caused by malware. You can find more details about it here: [Chrome] NETWORK_FAILED on install
