Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?

  1. Hello! My Internet provider "Rostelecom" (Russia) and sometimes cease to be downloaded filters to block advertising. As a result, AdBlock does not remove ads. Can somehow change the source of the filter? I have written several times about this problem provider - they fix it, but not for long. Working week and again ceases to update. It is the site http://adblockplus.org not have access to my ISP. And from the other ("Megaphone", for example) everything always works. Maybe you somehow fix has once and for all. My provider to write useless

    Hi Artem,

    Apologies for the super late reply! We're mostly volunteers or part-timers here at AdBlock support, and it just so happened that most of us were unavailable for the past few weeks.

    In the meantime, our developers have squashed a bunch of bugs and released a couple of updates. Please make sure that AdBlock is up-to-date (the current version is 2.35), and that you've installed all the latest updates for your browser.

    If you are still experiencing this issue after updating everything, please reply to this discussion and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible!
