AS I FILLED OUT THE -GOT A BUG- FEATURE - I WENT BACK TO THE PAGE I WAS ON, AND AD BLOCKER WAS BACK ON. IT SEEMS TO CUT OUT. SOMETIMES IT IS UP IN THE RIGHT HAND CORNER, AND OTHER TIMES IT IS GONE.

Hi DebbieBird,
Are you seeing ads on every site, or only a specific one? Can you please attach a screenshot with the ads clearly marked?

Hi, it is very random. I changed to Chrome because I thought my ie was corrupt. I will try to take a screenshot when it happens again. For now, it seems to be okay. I have to be diligent in making sure the Ad Block icon is active.

This is the ad source that will not stop on my google chrome. Somehow it got on my extensions with Chrome and I cannot remove it. I am not well versed in taking screen shots. Please help.

The ads you're seeing are caused by malware on your computer. We recommend installing a malware removal tool. More info about your malware can be found here.

Hello:
I am hoping you can help me. Something has happened to my google Chrome. I ended up uninstalling it - as recommended on the troubleshoot - but now cannot reinstall.
I don't know where to begin.
Can you help me.
Thanks

You can find instructions on how to download and install Chrome in Google's KB: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95346
Hope this helps!

Thank you for your response. I installed Chrome. I am wondering what this `gadgetbox search` is all about. It now turns up everytime I open google chrome. What is this?
