I forgot to say that I'm using CHROME and not Safari unlike

Isn't it a different problem?

For now it works, because I cleaned my Chrome profile on Mac and
let Chrome sync everything back again.
My settings may have been corrupted.
It works for instance, Maybe this fix can help someone else.

Sorry for my late answer.
Yes I deleted my profile folder (the one with a long name made of
digits
and letters). (I did a backup first).
Then restarted Chrome, it was empty.
Then, I activated the sync option again, and after few seconds,
eveerything was back to normal.
