I am so frustrated because AdBlock won't allow me to access Paypal! What do I have to do to allow access to Paypal?

    Hi Emilia,

Apologies for the late reply! Can you tell me more about what's happening?

Also, can you please click the AdBlock button and select Options, then click SUPPORT. Next to "Have our team requested some debug info?" click here and paste the text from the box into this discussion. Thank you!

Thank you for getting back to me. The problem I have with using Paypal to pay for items is intermittent. I can’t remember the exact wording on the message that won’t allow me to access Paypal. The next time it happens I will do what you suggest in this email. I believe the message says something about Paypal not being encrypted and I am at risk for a fraudulent transaction.

    Thank you,
    Emilia

    Hi Emilia,

That's not something AdBlock would ever tell you. It sounds like you might have malware. Please see the following Knowledge Base articles for more information:

    Hope this helps!

    Rhana,

This is what happened today. I was using Paypal to pay for postage on the U.S. Postal website. The first payment went through perfectly... I clicked on the Paypal option to pay and I was able to log into Paypal and pay. When I tried to do it again on the same website, I received the message that is attached. This happened immediately after I made the first payment. I don’t understand why I was able to pay once and then unable to pay the second time. It has been three hours since I tried to pay for postage. I just tried it again and I received the same message.

    Sincerely,
    Emilia Thomas

Like Rhana said, this looks like Malware on your computer. AdBlock can only block ads that were on webpages in the first place.

Please see the following Knowledge Base articles for more information:

Thank you for your prompt reply. I clicked on the first website listed below and attempted to read the information but it is too confusing. I don’t know what are filters, tabs, etc. I have premium Malwarebytes installed on my computer so wouldn’t that prevent me from having problems?

    Hi Emilia,

Not necessarily. No antivirus or malware protection is 100% foolproof.

There's not really anything else we can do here for you. If you've paid for the premium version, I would suggest you contact Malwarebytes support. Maybe there's something they can do on their end.

    Good luck!
