    Hi Natalie,

    Can you please:

    1. Click the AdBlock button and select Options, then click SUPPORT. Next to "Have our team requested some debug info?" click here and paste the text from the box into this discussion.
    2. Attach a screenshot with the ad(s) clearly marked?

Adblock Pro (along with Adblock Plus and all the other variants of "adblock") are separate, unrelated projects to AdBlock by getadblock. You can read more about why the names are so similar.

    Thanks Rhana
I hope I have done this correctly.
There are so many ads popping up.... I just took a screen grab of a few.
I am wondering if I may have a virus... I am on a Mac and using Chrome.
    Thanks

    Hi Natalie,

The ads you're seeing are indeed caused by malware on your computer. AdBlock can only block ads that were on webpages in the first place.

We recommend following the instructions on The Safe Mac's Adware Removal Guide, running an antivirus/antimalware scan, and removing any browser extensions you don't remember installing.

You can also find further instructions in our Knowledge Base.

    Hope this helps!
