I OPEN MY IMAIL AND THEN AFTER A WHILE IT WONT LET ME CLOSE MY EMAIL ACCOUNT

Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?

What should happen when you do the above steps

i JUST KNOW THERE IS A BUG IN MY IMAIL ACCOUNT What actually happened?
I OPEN MY EMAIL THEN IT WON'T ALOW ME TO CLOSE IT

If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filterlist must you check to cause the problem again after another restart?

    I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO BECAUSE ITIS FRUSTRATED WHEN YOU THINK ITS OK IS NOT THIS BUGS ARE BUGING YOU, MY COMPUTER HS BLOKER AND EVERITHING BUT ITS STILL THIS BUS GET IN, SO PLESE HELP ME THIS PROBLEM STARTED LIKE 3 DAYS AGO.

    Hi Hilda,

    Can you please:

    1. Click the AdBlock button and select Options, and then on the FILTER LISTS tab click update now. Does that change anything?
    2. If the problem persists, uncheck all the lists on the filter lists page and reload the page where you’re seeing the problem. Does that change anything?
    3. If unchecking all the filter lists fixes the problem, re-enable the lists one by one, reloading the page where you’re seeing the problem after each. (Make sure to wait for AdBlock to fetch the list before reloading the page.) Which list causes the problem to happen again?

    By the way, typing IN ALL CAPS is the Internet equivalent of shouting. :)

    Hi Hilda,

    OK. Can you answer a couple of questions, please?

    • What email do you use (for example, Yahoo, Gmail, Outlook.com)?
    • When you say you can't close your email, what exactly is happening?
    • If you disable AdBlock, does this still happen?

    To disable AdBlock:
    Click the AdBlock button, then click Pause AdBlock.
