Adblock installing problem

I can't install adblock, I checked for solutions but there doesn't seen to be any matching my problem: When I go to chrome web store to install adblock or adblock plus, it gives me "net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED"

    Hi ayyyyyyyyyyy,

    This isn't an issue with AdBlock but rather with (most likely) your network settings. Please see this Google support article for help.
