Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?
- Close chrome window and when I open a new browser window my last visited page is coming up.
What should happen when you do the above
steps
Should open the homepages I have designated.
What actually happened?
It is opening the last page i viewed.
Do you have any other comments? If you can, can you
please attach a screenshot of the bug?
I have made sure my settings in chrome "On Startup" are set to open
home page not most recent page.

If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filterlist must you check to cause the problem again after another restart?

Hi Mike,
If Chrome is opening pages from a previous browsing session rather than your designation home pages, it probably means there are still Chrome instances running in the background.
