Hi Oliver,
Our apologies for not getting back to you on this. I'd like our developers to look into your question. However, they've been focusing on getting AdBlock out for iOS 9 for the past several weeks. Now that life is beginning to settle down a bit, I'll ask them again. Thank you for your patience!

Hi Oliver,
I've been trying to confirm this bug, but without any success. Is this still happening to you?
Best regards,

Hi,
Yes, it’s still happening. Although the case I gave you was quite granular. It’s actually any site that I try to whitelist, including https://www.google.co.uk/ or *.google.co.uk – I always try to whitelist using the wildcard.
Expected behaviour: I whitelist a domain (any domain) using a wildcard, like *.google.co.uk and it is whitelisted forever
Actual behaviour: After I whitelist a domain and then restart my browser (Chrome on a mac, latest version) the whitelist is not saved.
This is also true of my settings:

I need to be able to view Google ads for my job, so I check this box. Each day I come in to work the box is unchecked.
Thanks for getting back to me, it’s very much appreciated.

Hi Oliver,
The reason, why AdBlock is still running on whitelisted websites, is because you are using a wrong syntax for whitelisting of domains.
If you want to whitelist a domain, create a filter like @@||domain.com$document
where domain.com is the name of the domain e.g. @@||*.google.co.uk$document :)

Hi Tomás,
Sorry, I don’t understand – I’m using your user interface to whitelist without any success… please see the screen shots.

Dude,
This bug is persisting… it’s embarrassing going for meetings with Ad Servers and not having their domain whitelisted. Whitelisting is basically broken on my machine. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi Oliver,
Could you white list one of the sites in question and then post the 'debug' information back here? The 'debug' information can be found on our Option page, on the Support tab, under the item -
Have our team requested some debug info? Click here for that!
Please copy & paste the all of the text in the response. After you do that, could you shut down / close Chrome, and then re-open Chrome. And once again, copy and paste the 'debug' information from the Option page / Support tab.
I'm asking for this information because I would like to see the filter lists that are being created (which should be included in the debug information). I also want to make sure that the custom filters are saved between browser restarts.
Thanks for your patience in this matter.
