Pubs blocked

I installed Adblock on google chrome on my Mac, there are more than 87000 pubs blocked and so, google chromium is decelerated; how to empty pubs blocked? Thank you.
I have already sent the screenshot to Rhana, to show you, where I see that there are so much pubs blocked.
You can find it, enclosed.
