I'm not quite clear on the issue you're reporting. The dialog is
designed to appear at the top of the page and remain there.
However, the screenshot you provided seems to show the dialog is
appearing partially off the page. Is that what you're
reporting?

that's exactly it. Also if I will scroll down little bit more, I
will not even notice the window.

Cheers

Please answer the following questions so that we can process
your bug report, otherwise, we may have to ignore it.
Also, please put your name, or a screen name, and your email above
so that we can contact you if needed.
If you don't want your report to be made public, check that box,
too.

Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the
problem?
1. Go to a web page, which could be scrolled down at least at the
same height as the browser window is.
2. Click on the AdBlock icon.
3. Click on Don't run page on this domain

What should happen when you do the above
steps
Window with domain filter should be shown in the middle of the
browser window (fixed position)

What actually happened?
Window with domain filter is placed in the upper part of a web page
(absolute position) and therefore is hidden.

Do you have any other comments? If you can, can you
please attach a screenshot of the bug?
In other words - the domain filter window scrolls with the web page
- it is shown also on the attached picture.

--- The questions below are optional but VERY helpful. ---

If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one
filterlist must you check to cause the problem again after another
restart?

I came across your report while reviewing outstanding
discussions as part of our year-end roundup. My apologies for the
delay in responding! This somehow fell to the bottom our queue.

I discussed this with our developer. While the "Block this ad"
and "Block an ad on this page" options on the AdBlock right-click
menu surface the dialog at the cursor position, both whitelisting
wizard dialogs are designed to appear at the top of the page. In
other words this is a feature, not a bug.

I agree with you, this isn't always the best user experience. I
submitted as a feature request the option to have the whitelist
wizards appear at the cursor position as well.
