AdBlock does not work any more. I have paid US 35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Sirs:
The AdBlock logo in not available any more, since the last updata of OS Windows 10.
I have paid US35.
It is not fair
What is going on????????

    Hi Helvecio,

    We're sorry you're having trouble with AdBlock. Truly, you haven't lost your payment. We'll be happy to refund it, every penny. You can even request a refund and continue using AdBlock for free, if you like.

    Upgrading to Windows 10 can, for some reason, break AdBlock. The solution is to reinstall AdBlock.

    Can you please try that and let us know if it helps?

    Hi Helvecio,

    Your payment entitles you to use AdBlock forever, so if you're seeing ads, it isn't because your payment has expired.

    Can you please:

    1. Click the AdBlock button and select Options, and then on the FILTER LISTS tab click update now. Does that change anything?
    2. If the problem persists, uncheck the Acceptable Ads filter list. Does that change anything?

    Hi Helvécio,

    Glad to know it's working, but if the button disappears again, let us know, OK? There is a known problem with AdBlock being constantly uninstalled from Chrome.

    I followed Rhana instructions of but the procedure did not work
    I waited a bit the team end the most priority tasks.
    I hope now that u send me a reactivation link AdBlock on my machine.
    The input given by you guys ( just press a key on your keyboard )has already worked two other opportunities, since I purchased the AdBlock for US 35
    I hope you guys take the same action this time.
    I really like AdBlock and I think it is an indispensable tool nowadays.
