<p>Are you seeing any errors? If so, can you please <a href="http://take-a-screenshot.org">attach a screenshot</a>? Please be
sure to capture the entire browser window.</p>
<p>Is AdBlock crashing as soon as you launch Chrome, or after
Chrome has been open a while, or after you visit a particular
website or page?</p>
<p>If you're able to keep AdBlock open for a couple of minutes, can
you please:</p>
<ol>
<li>Click the <strong>AdBlock button</strong> and select
<strong>Options</strong>, then click <strong>SUPPORT</strong>. Next
to <strong>"Have our team requested some debug info?"</strong>
click <strong>here</strong>. Paste the text from the box into this
discussion.<br></li>
<li>Click the <strong>FILTER LISTS</strong> tab and then click
<strong>update now</strong>. Does that change anything?<br></li>
<li>If the problem persists, uncheck all the lists on the filter
lists page and reload the page where you’re seeing the
problem. Does that change anything?<br></li>
<li>If unchecking all the filter lists fixes the problem, re-enable
the lists one by one, reloading the page where you’re seeing
the problem after each. (Make sure to wait for AdBlock to fetch the
list before reloading the page.) Which list causes the problem to
happen again?<br></li>
<li>If unchecking all the filter lists did not fix the problem, try
the same thing with your browser extensions: Disable all of them,
then re-enable the extensions one by one, reloading the problem
page after each. Which extension causes the problem to happen
again?</li>
</ol>

<p>If you have uninstalled and reinstalled AdBlock and AdBlock is
still crashing, there are a couple of additional suggestions I can
make.</p>
<p>First, please try scanning your computer using <a href="http://malwarebytes.org">Malwarebytes.org</a>'s Anti-Malware Free.
We're not affiliated with them in any way. We've just found that
their software finds viruses and adware that other programs
completely miss.</p>
<p>If the Anti-Malware Free scan finds nothing, please <a href="https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/142059?hl=en">recreate
your Chrome profile</a>, <a href="http://support.getadblock.com/kb/basic-troubleshooting/how-do-i-uninstall-or-reinstall-adblock">
reinstall AdBlock</a>, and let us know if that helps.</p>
