Not working at all

I had installed Chrome and Adblock and it didn't block any ads from the very start.
I own a HP windows 10 laptop. The Adblock works well in my old laptop.
I have tried uninstalling chrome and adblock twice but it does not work
I have done full system scan and no virus was found.

    Can you please:

    1. Click the AdBlock button and select Options, then click SUPPORT. Next to "Have our team requested some debug info?" click here and paste the text from the box into this discussion.
    2. Attach a screenshot with the ad(s) clearly marked. Please be sure to capture the entire browser window.

    Hi rdhklr,

    Thank you, that helps. Let's try a couple of things.

    1. First, try updating your filter lists. Click the AdBlock button and select Options. On the FILTER LISTS tab click update now and then reload a page where you're seeing ads. If the ads are gone, you're all done! You just had an outdated list. If the ads are still there, keep going.
    2. Next, try unchecking the Acceptable Ads filter list on the "FILTER LISTS" page, then reload a page where you’re seeing ads. Does that make a difference?

    Hello,

    Ads still continue on the sites as before. No change.
    In case it cannot be fixed, can you tell me why Adblock does not work on
    this system/browser?

    Hi rdhklr,

    The debugging information you provided indicates that two of your filter lists are not being updated. You said you have already uninstalled and reinstalled AdBlock twice, so let's try something different.

    1. Click the AdBlock button and select Options.
    2. On the FILTER LISTS tab, scroll to the bottom and click Show links to the filter lists.
    3. Click EasyList (recommended).

    This should open the EasyList filter list in a new tab. Can you please let us know if that happens or if you get an error?
