Please answer the following questions so that we can process your bug report, otherwise, we may have to ignore it.
Also, please put your name, or a screen name, and your email above so that we can contact you if needed.
If you don't want your report to be made public, check that box, too.

Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?

  1. Optimum Wifi keeps popping up on my screen even after I have listed it numerous times as an ad I want blocked.

What should happen when you do the above steps

What actually happened?

Do you have any other comments? If you can, can you please attach a screenshot of the bug?

--- The questions below are optional but VERY helpful. ---

If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filterlist must you check to cause the problem again after another restart?

    Hi Eleanor,

This isn't an ad. It's a sign-on screen for a wireless network. Are you seeing this on a laptop or a desktop computer? If a laptop, do you see it everywhere you go or only at certain locations?

It's on my laptop. I do not have a subscription to this wireless network,
    nor do I want one.

    Hi Eleanor,

Please see this Apple Help article on how to remove a wireless network profile. Let us know if this doesn't help!
