Hi, I have exactly the same problem as http://support.getadblock.com/discussions/problems/85357-gorillavid... from last year, i.e. once I click play on watch series episodes ads pop up in another window, never happened before, but in last day or so has happened a lot. The software does still block Youtube ads etc, haven't noticed any other lapses, plus I have Norton Security on my pc so not thinking it's malware. tnx

    Hi Emily,

As with the other report you found, this really sounds like malware. Can you please attach a screenshot with a couple of the pop-ups clearly marked? Please be sure to capture the entire browser window.

    Hi Emily,

I don't think it's anything we did. Your antivirus probably knocked it out. In any case, glad all is well! Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's any way we can assist in the future.
