English only!

Please answer the following questions so that we can process your bug report, otherwise, we may have to ignore it.
Also, please put your name, or a screen name, and your email above so that we can contact you if needed.
If you don't want your report to be made public, check that box, too.

Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?

  1. I updated Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and Adblock started crashing. I deleted the malfunctioning Adblock from Chrome.
  2. Download adblock 2.46 to Google Chrome.
  3. Watch it Crash every few minutes to every few seconds

What should happen when you do the above steps
It shouldn't crash

What actually happened?

It crashed over and over. Do you have any other comments? If you can, can you please attach a screenshot of the bug?

I have deleted and re downloaded adblock 3 times. --- The questions below are optional but VERY helpful. ---

If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filterlist must you check to cause the problem again after another restart?

Technical Chrome users: Go to chrome://extensions ->Developer Mode -> Inspect views: background page -> Console. Paste the contents here:

    Hi Nathan,

    Can you please try this?

    1. Create a new user in Chrome's settings.
    2. Switch to the new user and install AdBlock from https://getadblock.com.
    3. If AdBlock still keeps crashing, attach a screenshot that shows the error you're seeing.
