Constantly Crashing Adblock

Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?
- I updated Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 and Adblock started
crashing. I deleted the malfunctioning Adblock from
Chrome.
- Download adblock 2.46 to Google Chrome.
- Watch it Crash every few minutes to every few seconds
What should happen when you do the above

It shouldn't crash
What actually happened?
It crashed over and over. Do you have any other comments? If you can, can you please attach a screenshot of the bug?
I have deleted and re downloaded adblock 3 times. --- The questions below are optional but VERY helpful. ---
If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filterlist must you check to cause the problem again after another restart?
