Can you provide detailed steps on how to reproduce the problem?

1. Click on the adblock icon next to the internet address bar
   
2. Click on General
   
3. In the general tab there isn't an option to whitelist specific youtube channels
   

What should happen when you do the above steps

There should be an option to whitelist specific youtube channels as described here:http://support.getadblock.com/kb/other-problems/how-do-i-white... What actually happened?
The option just isn't there. There should be a thick box so I can whitelist and support my favorite youtube channels.

Do you have any other comments? If you can, can you please attach a screenshot of the bug?
It happened on the spanish version browser is safari 9.0.2 computer is a mac air with el capitan

If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filterlist must you check to cause the problem again after another restart?
