How to determine which ad site is causing a specific problem
The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (omsi.edu) calendar doesn't work when AdBlock is enabled. I can tell by looking at the details that there are six ads on the site. Turning off AdBlock for the domain allows the site to work, but I don't really want to enable all six ad sites - I want to figure out exactly which ad site is fubaring the calendar and enable just that one so I can buy tickets, without enabling the other five. It seems that turning AdBlock on and off for the page and the domain are my only options? Is there a way to isolate just the one ad and let it through? It would be great if there were a way to have AdBlock highlight the space where each ad would appear and tell me which filter blocked it...
The site: http://omsi.edu/calendar?start%5Bvalue%5D%5Bdate%5D=&end%5Bvalu...
I attached a screenshot (20.39.30) that shows the site with AdBlock enabled, and another screenshot (20.40.08) that shows the site with AdBlock disabled.

The screenshots are in reverse order, but you can see in the bottom one that the date dropdown is missing, and in the top (with AdBlock disabled) the date dropdown is populated.

Hi Chris,
Let's start with some basic troubleshooting information. Please click the AdBlock button and select Options, then click SUPPORT. Next to "Have our team requested some debug info?" click here. Paste the text from the box into this discussion.
If a web page isn't working properly with AdBlock on, it could be caused by a broken filter in one of your filter lists. We don't maintain the lists, but we can help you isolate the problem filter so you can report it to the list maintainers. Here's how:
If unchecking all the filter lists did not fix the problem, try the same thing with your browser extensions: Disable all of them, then re-enable the extensions one by one, reloading the problem page after each. Which extension causes the problem to happen again?
Let us know how it goes!
You can read more in our Knowledge Base.

Hi,
Your extension causes the problem, which was visible in the screenshots I
sent. I did the recommended steps above. The debug info is:

Hi Chris,
Our resource page should do what you're looking for. Here's how to get to it:
This will show you all the resources on that page, including ads, and for blocked and hidden resources, which filter list blocked or hid them.

The list doesn't appear to show the filter list that blocked each resource.

So, I figured out that the thing causing the problem is the matched filter /
downloads.mailchimp.com/* which appears in Fanboy's Annoyances.
I put this in my custom list:
@@||mailchimp.com$document
But it still doesn't work. How can I override the block of mailchimp while
still keeping the rest of the Fanboy's Annoyances list?
Chris

Hi Chris,
You've got the filter nearly right. That filter would whitelist any page on any site that begins with mailchimp.com, BUT only on mailchimp.com. To whitelist mailchimp on ANY site, use this filter:
@@/downloads.mailchimp.com/*
(or adddownloads.mailchimp.com/*
to the Exclude filter list on the CUSTOM tab). Please let us know if that doesn't work for you!
