If you are seeing ads in Facebook, or seeing something else that leads you to believe you may have a computer virus, can you please attach a screenshot? Please be sure to capture the entire browser window.
If that is not the issue you're reporting, can you please ask a friend or family member who speaks English to translate your question? Thanks!
