- Go to update option within adblock
- Download adblock update
- Double click safari extz and receive the following: Safari
can’t install this extension
What should happen when you do the above
steps
Safari should install the extension for the Adblock update
What actually happened?
Safari can not perform the update

If unchecking all filter lists fixes the problem, which one filterlist must you check to cause the problem again after another restart?

Hi Coleman,
This may be related to the the reason you weren't able to update AdBlock back in July. If Safari is unable to update AdBlock, or if AdBlock is being reset every time you start Safari, uninstalling and reinstalling AdBlock usually solves the problem.
If you've reinstalled AdBlock and it's still happening, however, it probably means Safari is hanging on to an installation file that should be deleted when you uninstall AdBlock. Please follow the instructions in this Knowledge Base article to uninstall AdBlock in a way that Safari can't ignore: AdBlock is constantly being uninstalled or reset in Safari
