Remove Adblock from iPhone
The only advice I can find to remove Adblock is to control-click on a Mac and go to Chrome extensions. But there's no advice for doing this on an iphone. If I click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the chrome browser on my iphone, it doesn't give me any access to extensions. I really want to get this off my iphone. But I just can't figure out how to do it.

Hi Stephen,
Please follow these instructions to remove AdBlock.
This is completely optional, but we'd love to know why you decided to remove AdBlock. If you were having technical difficulties, would you like some assistance?

Your email was just copied off your website - already been there. The
instructions
are for a Mac, not an iPhone!

Hi Stephen,
I added a section on the iPhone before I replied to your original message. Can you please refresh that page and look again? :)

You should also tell how to remove the VPN profile (I already figured out
where it was and how to delete it). Deleting the app icon doesn't get rid
of the VPN profile.
The reason I want it off my iPhone is that at least a half-dozen times a
day, my screen tells me I can't connect to the internet. That is because of
the VPN. I then have to connect to the internet through an app that doesn't
use your VPN (such as google mail) and THEN go back to my internet browser.
What a hassle. As soon as I turned off the VPN, everything worked fine
again. No more AdBlocker for me!

Hi Stephen,
The official AdBlock app for iOS doesn't use VPN profiles, only Safari Content Blocking. It is also not available for Chrome on iOS.
It sounds like you are using another company's ad blocker. We suggest contacting them directly for instructions on how to remove their app.
