Why want your website Allow One To List Their E-Mail Address
My name is E. Mills and I have been trying to sign in and start a new account as requested. However I was not allow to do so.
The message that came up was "Could not accept my e-mail address and when I tried a new password it would not allow
that either. How would one communicate with the company!

Hi Estella,
What is the address of the page where you were trying to create an account. I don't believe we actually have any kind of system (except Tender, which you're using) that does that. But we're still happy to help, of course!
