The message that came up was "Could not accept my e-mail address and when I tried a new password it would not allow

I do not have anything to add other than that I am not a machine, but just a human trying to communicate!

    Thank You,
    E. Mills

    Hi Estella,

What is the address of the page where you were trying to create an account. I don't believe we actually have any kind of system (except Tender, which you're using) that does that. But we're still happy to help, of course!
