What does "easyprivacy" filter protect?

Just what the subject says-- what is it that easy privacy protects, and how?

    Hi Andrea,

    Easyprivacy is the filters list, that blocks all trackers.
    When you enable Easyprivacy, all trackers that track your computer and monitor your activity are blocked.
