when a pop-up gets trough the filtration system. what is the recomended action?....

normaly when you get a pop-up that wasnt blocked, it appears without header. this is easy to solve (at least with Chrome, cant spek for the others), but if i use the adblock options on blocking the ad i just get to select a part of popup, or the whole domain, blocking the domain seems like good choise, but still the adresses could be sub domains.. and i get it with the slider and all. but what happens next time? do the popup still get block, or do you get a popup that is blank if youdont block the whole domain? the other option would be to block the main add on the popup. But that seems not to be the best soution. would be nice with a "this was a popup" option or something....

love the app.. /backer and pledger

Just report the popup using the "Report an ad on this page" wizard in
the AdBlock menu. (If you're on Safari, you'll have to enable Advanced
    settings first)

Which website is this popup on?

That particular filter you supplied us is a whitelist filter. Can you direct us to the page that makes the popups show?

cant remember what page made the popup apear, sorry. but the report an...... option you was talking about isnt realy a good one. it just ask you to F5 and see it it works the second time around, and im not going to instal firefox just to check if it blocked or not. then it just leaves you hanging there if you'r not wiling to do that. you actaly dont get to report anything... cant you recomend any other actions?

ok.. it was i a while ago i posted here.. but now i've been getting a lot of popups..

so why cant you just code a report popup or report a whole page. because the report an ad on this page option dont work on popups. and the other way of trouble shooting to update the filters is just a way of reaching the conclusion that that it its just dont work. ( i wont ever install firefox, opera or even IE. wich i have removed from my windows.) im a contributor and i like adblock a lot always wearing the clothing i got from you and spreading the word about adblock as soon as i can, but i just dont like fact that when i do get a popup- i'm completly helpless

the popups ive been getting is mainly when i try to watch something on firedrive.com and the ads are mostly casino ads.

    heres an acctual url http://www.firedrive.com/file/C3E050051B3782A1

    and this was the popup

    https://casino.betsson.com/sv/?from=S-uu6XyF6uB6ppwsqqIGHGNd7ZgqdRL...

The reason we ask so many questions is that there are many reasons you
will be seeing ads (including popups), such as malware, anti-adblock
scripts or the ad missing from the filter lists.

As I said before, if you see a popup, can you send us link of the
    website that caused it?

i provided link in the previous message.. but in the future you want me to log in here to send you the link that made the pop-up appear..

    .....in the forums....? what thread?

would be nice to have this function incorporeted in te menu like the report an ad function.. dont you agree?
