Does AdBlock have any protective lincensing that disallows it to be used in businesses or schools, if so would that mean that payment is required?

We're looking into the possibility of releasing a version of AdBlock specifically for organizations. In the meantime, please feel free to use AdBlock on our normal pay-what-you-want terms.
