I just reinstalled adblock, and my "blocked ads in total" count has been reset to zero. :(

I know it's not an error or glitch, but I would love to be able to get my old "total count" back. I had racked up over 250k blocked ads, which I liked to show off to people.

So, bottom line, is there a way to get that total back? Since as of last week, my adblock updates seem to be broken (adblock hasn't updated since version 2.6.29, and I have tried force updating in "developer mode" to no avail.) Note: while this is a problem, I already have the latest version by reinstalling, but my total has been reset. I've already imported my custom filters back in, but I'm not sure how to get my total count back. However, I have an idea on how to get it back.

By accessing C:\Users\Jeffrey\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\UserData\Default\Extensions\gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom\2.6.31_0
I can see every file and folder that belongs to adblock. There is one called "stats." Also, there are many other folders. If possible, can one of your techs please tell me which file pertains to the displayed "blocked ads in total" shown when clicking the adblock button. I could simply replace this file with the earlier version, and then I would have the updated extension AND my total count. :)

So, again, please just tell me the file path on a Win7 machine that will lead me to the file in control of the displayed "total blocked ads" count.

thanks.

    The file is C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User
    Data\Default\Local
    Storage\chrome-extension_gighmmpiobklfepjocnamgkkbiglidom_0.localstorage

You can also edit the blocked count directly by:

    1. Go to chrome://extensions
    2. Enable "Developer Mode"
    3. Inspect AdBlock's background page.
    4. Click Resources at the top of the page
    5. Click the arrow next to "Local Storage" on the left
    6. Double-click the "chrome-extension://gighmmp..." option that appears
    7. Double-click on the "value" of "blockage_stats"
    8. Change "total" to change the total.
    9. Press Enter to apply the changes.

    Hope this helps!
