Is it possible to block one specific ad?

There's this website I love using, Doll Divine, and I don't block ads on there because I want to support the site. But recently, I started getting video pop-up ads for Minions toys that has sound and you can't close until it's done. Is it possible to block that one ad type without blocking any others? How do I do this?

    Can you please attach a screenshot with the ad(s) you're seeing clearly marked?
