Web Sites AD Block Down Loads

On some web Sites Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. AD Block pops up before Web/Site starts & starts to or your asked to install.
Can tell me this happening or stop it. I do not know if AD Block is working,? There is no count of ads stop, it reads "0"

    Do you mean that you see the page prompting for donations every time you open your browser? Are you seeing any ads when you're visiting websites?

    No Program download & yes there are ads, but not all the time.

    Can you please go to AdBlock button -> Options -> SUPPORT -> "Have our team requested some debug info?" and paste the data into this discussion?
