Can you please clarify what "original" you're referring to?
I do see that you're using Internet Explorer. If you're looking for AdBlock for IE, there isn't one. When the new Microsoft Edge browser supports extensions sometime later this year, we will have a version of AdBlock ready for it.
You may be thinking of Adblock Plus (ABP), not AdBlock. ABP does support Internet Explorer. ABP and AdBlock are two entirely unrelated products developed by different companies. You can reach ABP at http://adblockplus.org.
