<p>I see this as well. It's all right to click <strong>OK</strong>.
Forgive me if you already know this, but this is what's called a
"modal" window. It's widely used not just on web pages but in all
kinds of applications. It's not malware itself, but can be misused
to deliver malware on web pages. If you click <strong>OK</strong>
your mouse will behave again and you can get to the content on that
site.</p>
<p>That said, it's a pain to have to keep clicking
<strong>OK</strong> to browse the site. If you're on a site that's
refusing to show content if AdBlock is installed, please follow the
instructions in this Knowledge Base article about <a href="http://support.getadblock.com/kb/other-problems/a-website-isnt-letting-me-access-its-contents-when-adblock-is-enabled">
websites detecting AdBlock</a> and let us know how it goes!</p>
<p>A quick alternative is just to disable AdBlock on that site.
Click the <strong>AdBlock button</strong> and select <strong>Don't
run on pages on this domain</strong>, and then click
<strong>Exclude</strong>.</p>
