We're getting a lot of these reports suddenly. It may be related
to a recent Chrome update, or possibly YouTube has just found a way
around the current filters.

One user reported that the following custom filter is working
for him. Can you please try it and let us know if it helps?

Click the AdBlock button,
Options, CUSTOMIZE tab.

Next to "Manually edit your filters" click
Edit.

Paste the following text:

youtube.com##video[src="blob:https%3A//www.youtube.com/eac9235f-3159-4e72-946c-3c22db48290a"]

Click Save.

Try watching your video again. Are the ads still
appearing?

I did what you ask for but unfortunately the ads are still present
in the videos.

Jakubtag:old-support.getadblock.com,2013-08-06:Comment/378462312015-09-08T02:30:33Z2015-09-08T02:30:33ZYoutube ads

Hi Jakub,

This is caused by a bug introduced in a recent Chrome upgrade.
The workaround is to disable the YouTube app in Chrome. Please see

this Knowledge Base article for details.

(If you don't have the YouTube app and you're seeing ads in
YouTube videos, please let us know!)
