Please can you explain does this mean you have access to read my
mails and collect passwords on sites i visit or track my
browsing?

Hi AG,
AdBlock asks for permission to access your browsing data so it can work on all tabs in your browser. We don't access or save your personal data or any other information other than the minimum required to make the extension work.
You can opt in to the collection of anonymous filter list usage data that helps us improve AdBlock. This is turned off by default.
