<p>Hm, you're the second person to report this. AdBlock for Mobile
by Betafish doesn't require a VPN connection. Can you please
confirm, is that the ad blocker you're trying to install?</p>

<p>That's very odd. Did you set up a VPN configuration on your
phone? If so, can you try disabling it entirely and see if that
makes a difference? Also, what happens to your data usage if you
uninstall AdBlock?</p>
