Hi, Im watching a lot of streaming and when we want to play the video, we need to click on "Play" buttons.. But most of the time when we do, it also makes some ads appear.. Ive selected in my setting to make them appear in tabs so its not too much annoying, but some of these pop ups just block my browser.. (Virus detected call blah blah...) A real scam. So when these appear, I have to quit safari and open it again.. So!, is there a way to block these kind of popups?

    Hi Pierre-Olivier,

Those pop-ups aren't ads, they are a virus. AdBlock can only block ads that were on web pages in the first place. Whatever you do, don't call the phone number or take any other action they advise.

We recommend following the instructions in The Safe Mac's Adware Removal Guide.
